Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us first at post@miorvale.com. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items
Custom-made or personalized products — made to your specifications or with a clear personal stamp, such as engraved or bespoke items — cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards, final-sale items, perishable goods, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Economic Area right of withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer law applies, consumers in the European Economic Area (including Norway) have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Only goods made to your specifications or with a clear personal stamp are excluded from this right — other items that are simply made to order are not excluded. See our Right of withdrawal page for full details and the standard cancellation form. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Refunds
We will notify you after the approved return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
