This online store is operated by Miorvale. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Miorvale. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and availability

We aim to display product descriptions, colors and images accurately, but screens and handmade or personalized production may cause minor variations. Products may be changed, limited or discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or misuse.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties and shipping charges are shown where applicable before purchase. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; an order is accepted when payment is approved and fulfillment begins. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing personalization details, spelling, delivery address and product selections before submitting an order.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by production time, customs, carriers, weather and other events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for current information. Risk and ownership transfer as required by applicable law.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Only products made to your specifications or with a clear personal stamp — such as engraved or bespoke items — may be non-returnable; other made-to-order items are not excluded. Mandatory consumer law and rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods always apply.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Miorvale and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, analytics and shipping providers. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content or services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Accuracy and site availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information where permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site. Planned maintenance and circumstances outside our control may affect availability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miorvale is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Where legally permitted, you agree to compensate Miorvale for reasonable losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the site or material breach of these Terms.

Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
