Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EEA (including Norway), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The period runs from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You may cancel the agreement without giving any reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, give us a clear notice before the 14-day period ends. You can use the standard cancellation form below, or notify us in another unequivocal way, at post@miorvale.com. If you notify us electronically, we will confirm receipt without undue delay.

What happens when you withdraw

You must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You cover the direct cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any extra cost for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have sent them. Refunds are made to the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example engraved or custom-made items). Your statutory rights in the event of faults or defects are not affected.
