Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Where do you ship?
Right now we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Peninsular Malaysia and Canada (except Quebec).

Where do you ship from?
Our products are sent directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. That keeps prices fair, and it is why delivery takes a little longer than from a local shop.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually prepared within 2-5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7-14 business days to Australia and New Zealand, 4-6 business days to Singapore (up to 15 for some items), 4-6 business days to Japan, 4-11 business days to Malaysia and 7-14 business days to Canada. You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Customers in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Canada normally pay nothing extra. See our shipping and import information for the details.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first at post@miorvale.com and we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us your order number and a photo within 30 days. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, usually without you having to send anything back.
